Structures:
1)This machine is mainly composed by motor & gear box, bottom
straightening roll, upper straightening roll, distance adjust part,
machine seat and electrical control cabinet.
2)Straightening: Two upper rolls and one bottom rolls make a T position. The two upper rolls press on the flange side, and the bottom roll support in middle, with the motor driving, the rolls rolling over the flange to make the flange flat. It can do repeat straightening if one pass is not enough.
